Surat Al-Hashr (Arabic: سورة الحشر ) (Exile, Banishment) is the 59th sura in the 28th part (Juz) of the Qur'an with 24 ayat. The surah describes expulsion of Jewish Banu Nadir tribe from their settlements by the Medinans and states it happened by will of Allah as a result of the Jews' transgressions. Because of that it is also known as surah An-Nadir, after the tribe of Banu Nadir].
